XO Baking's gluten-free version uses a cassava flour base instead of wheat, producing a smooth rather than gritty texture. The 15.3oz pack is Non-GMO Verified and Certified Kosher, and contains no soy, dairy, peanuts, preservatives, artificial flavours or colours.
