We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We offer a 24-hour cancellation window from the time your order is placed. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it due to the nature of international logistics.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains incorrect items, we take full responsibility. Simply contact our customer service team with photos of the issue, and we will promptly issue a full refund or send a replacement — whichever you prefer.
Delivery Guarantee:
We actively monitor all shipments from the moment they leave our facility. International deliveries typically arrive within 15 to 30 days depending on destination. If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of purchase, please reach out to us and we will work with you to resolve the issue, including contacting the carrier to file a claim to get you fully reimbursed for your purchase, including any applicable taxes.
General Return Policy:
Due to the international nature of our shipments and the categories of products we carry — including food, snacks, and health and beauty items — all sales are considered final once an order has shipped. We do not accept physical returns. However, if there is ever a problem with your order that is within our control, we are committed to making it right through a refund or replacement.
