This 7.4 oz grinder contains Indian black salt, also known as kala namak, sourced from the Himalayan region. The salt is unrefined volcanic rock salt and contains iron and other trace minerals. It is all-natural, vegan-friendly and Kosher certified.
Black salt has a distinctive sulphurous flavour and is commonly used in Indian and South Asian cooking, particularly in chutneys, raitas, and fruit salads. The integrated grinder allows you to mill the salt directly over dishes as needed.
