Himalayan Pink Salt comes in a coarse crystal grind, larger than fine varieties and suited to finishing dishes, rim-coating glasses, or grinding in a mill. This 2.2 lb jar contains salt harvested from the Himalayan region and packaged in the USA. The coarse crystals dissolve slowly, making them practical for brining, pickling, or seasoning at the table.
Vegan and gluten-free. May also be used for non-culinary purposes including bath soaks.
