Good & Gather Organic Raw Agave Nectar is a liquid sweetener made from the agave plant. This 23.5oz bottle contains USDA Organic, Non-GMO nectar processed at temperatures below 117°C to maintain its raw state. The mild, neutral flavour works in baking, beverages, dressings and drizzled over porridge or yoghurt.
Kosher-certified, it contains no refined sugar and offers an alternative to conventional sweeteners. Use it measure-for-measure in recipes calling for liquid sweetener, or as a topping for hot and cold foods.
