This 15 oz pack of 4C Plain Bread Crumbs comes ready to use for coating and binding. The unseasoned formula works as a base layer for fried chicken, fish, and vegetable cutlets, or mixed into meatballs, casseroles and stuffings. You can add your own herbs and spices to match the dish.
