Commonly Asked Questions
Can orders be cancelled after completing the checkout?
Cancellations can only be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, your order may already be processed and handed over to the shipping carrier — and a shipment confirmation email has been sent to you. Because we prioritize fast processing to ensure quick delivery, cancellations are not possible once the package has left our warehouse. If you need to cancel, please reach out to us right away and we'll do our best to assist you.
Who is responsible for import taxes or duties?
It depends on your country. Canadian customers receive their orders delivered duty-paid — no surprise charges at the door. For EU customers, VAT is prepaid on orders up to €150, and for UK customers, VAT is prepaid on orders up to £135, so most orders arrive without additional fees. Please note that certain semi-restricted items (such as certain cheese products or honey) may still incur additional duties at customs regardless of order value. For all other countries, import taxes, duties, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility upon importation into their country. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing your order.
