Treatspree ships worldwide. Depending on your country, import duties, VAT, or customs fees may apply:

• Canada: Duties and taxes are fully prepaid. No additional charges upon delivery.
• United Kingdom (EORI): VAT and duties are prepaid on orders up to £135.
• European Union (IOSS): VAT is prepaid on orders up to €150. Some exceptions may apply for certain restricted or semi-restricted items.
• All Other Countries: Customers are solely responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees. Please check with your local customs authority prior to placing your order.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in your selected currency and may vary depending on your shipping location.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

Returns and Refunds

Because we ship internationally, we generally do not accept returns on most orders. Dispute Resolution

If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Tarrant County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

EU-Specific Disclosures

• Right of Withdrawal: EU customers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. However, this right does not apply to sealed food products that have been opened, sealed hygiene or personal care products that have been opened, or perishable goods. • Marketing Communications: Digital communications including emails and ads will only be sent based on your explicit consent.
