Packaging, labeling, and product variants may differ from what is shown on our website depending on global availability or regional distribution versions. These differences do not affect product authenticity.

Import Duties & Taxes

Treatspree participates in international compliance programs to minimize customs friction for our customers:

• Canada: Duties and taxes are fully prepaid. No additional charges upon delivery.
• United Kingdom (EORI): VAT and duties are prepaid on orders up to £135.
• European Union (IOSS): VAT is prepaid on orders up to €150.
• All Other Countries: Import duties and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your national customs authority prior to placing an order.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Treatspree, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of any product sold on our platform. Our total liability to any customer for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
