The paste combines red chili peppers, garlic, lemongrass and traditional Thai spices, rated at three chili peppers for heat level. Gluten-free and vegan, it works into curries, noodle dishes, stews and marinades without additional prep.
Stir into coconut milk for curry sauce, mix into stir-fry bases, or thin with stock for soup. Store in the glass jar in the fridge after opening.
