This 2-ounce bottle contains Spice Hunter Pure Lemon Liquid Extract, made from the essential oil of real lemons. A concentrated citrus flavouring for baking and cooking, it works in cakes, cookies, sauces and marinades. Use sparingly—a single drop carries strong lemon flavour and aroma.
