This 2 fl oz bottle contains pure mint extract made from a blend of spearmint and peppermint oils. McCormick uses no corn syrup, artificial flavours or colours, and the extract is gluten-free and non-GMO. The concentrate is twice the strength of standard bottles, so a small amount flavours baked goods, desserts, beverages and savoury dishes effectively.
Use in mint chocolate chip ice cream, frostings, cocktails, or savoury applications where minty flavour is wanted. Store in a cool, dark place.
