These are baking chips made with 72% cacao, packaged in a 7-ounce resealable bag. Bake Believe produces them for use in biscuits, cakes, brownies and other baked goods where a deep chocolate flavour is wanted. The chips hold their shape during baking and can also be used in trail mixes or eaten on their own.
The formulation is sweetened without cane sugar, using plant-based alternatives. Each chip is gluten-free, grain-free and keto-friendly. The bag is designed to stay fresh between uses, making it practical for portion baking or recipes that call for smaller amounts of chocolate at a time.
