Deep amber with savoury-sweet notes, Bachan's Japanese BBQ Sauce combines non-GMO soy sauce, aged mirin, and organic rice vinegar with ginger, garlic and green onion. This 16oz bottle contains a traditional family recipe with no preservatives or additives. The sauce is vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free, containing 35 calories per serving.
Use it as a glaze for grilled meats and vegetables, or as a dipping sauce. The bottle is BPA-free.
