This 12-ounce jar contains Tiptree Strawberry Preserve made in small batches using copper-bottomed pans. The recipe dates to 1885 and uses hand-picked fruit at peak ripeness, sourced from the Wilkin family's farms in Tiptree, Essex.
The preserve has a balanced strawberry flavour and spreads easily on toast, biscuits, pastries and cakes. It pairs well with cheese—try it with goat cheese, cream cheese or Brie. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans; gluten-free.
