Apply KT Tape Original Cotton Kinesiology Tape by peeling back one of the 20 precut strips and positioning it over the target area. The elastic cotton core allows full range of motion while conforming to skin and muscle contours. Each strip adheres for 1–3 days and withstands showers, humidity and pool use.
Made from natural cotton fibres, the tape is breathable, hypoallergenic and latex-free. The beige colour blends with most skin tones. Water-resistant and durable, it stays in place during activity without restricting movement.
