Kinesiology tape is a flexible, adhesive support worn during activity and recovery. Kinesio Tex Gold is a latex-free option with 140% elasticity designed to match skin and muscle movement. This red roll measures 2 inches wide by 34 yards long and can be worn for up to 3–4 days before reapplication.
The tape features FingerPrint technology for grip and application control. It is suitable for stabilising muscles and joints during training or post-activity wear.
