JFC Nishiki Medium Grain Brown Rice is a 5lb bag of US-grown rice with a tender, slightly sticky texture when cooked. The medium grains absorb flavours well and work across stir-fries, grain bowls, and sushi preparation.
Brown rice retains its bran layer, which gives it a nutty flavour and firmer bite than white varieties. Store in a cool, dry place and cook with a ratio of approximately 2.5 parts water to 1 part rice, simmering for around 45 minutes until tender.
