These are milk chocolate baking chips in a 23-ounce bag. The chips have a smooth texture and balanced chocolate flavour with vanilla extract. They are designed for use in baked goods such as biscuits, brownies, muffins and cakes. The premium formulation is made by Ghirardelli, a chocolate manufacturer established in San Francisco in 1852. Each chip maintains its shape during baking whilst contributing milk chocolate flavour to the finished product. The bag contains approximately 385 individual chips, sufficient for multiple batches of standard recipes.
