The Gaiam Yoga Mat is a 5mm mat with cork on one side and TPE on the other. The cork surface provides grip and natural texture, while the TPE base offers lightweight support and cushioning. The closed-cell construction resists moisture and odour.
At 5mm thick, it balances cushioning for joints with stability during standing poses. The mat is lightweight and folds or rolls for transport. Suitable for all levels of practice, from beginners to experienced users.
