This set contains three resistance bands in varying resistance levels, made from a latex-free elastic and cotton blend with triple stitching for durability. A carrying bag is included for storage and transport.
The bands are suitable for a range of exercises including cross-training, HIIT, yoga, Pilates and full-body workouts. They can be used around the hips, thighs, legs and glutes, or incorporated into upper-body movements. The elastic provides progressive resistance as you stretch.
