This daytime formula differs from nighttime cold medicines in its non-drowsy composition, designed for use during waking hours. Equate Daytime Severe Cold and Flu contains acetaminophen, dextromethorphan, phenylephrine and doxylamine to address headache, fever, cough, sore throat and congestion. The honey flavour makes the liquid easier to take, and a dosage cup is included for accurate measurement.
