El Guapo Whole Guajillo Chili Pods come as whole, dried pods in a 2 oz pack. These mild chiles have a smoky-sweet flavour and smooth, leathery reddish-brown skin. They are the dried form of Mirasol chiles and work in tamales, moles, salsas, chile sauces, stews, soups and spice rubs for meat.
