This 1.3 oz bottle of Bleach London White Toner is a semi-permanent hair colour cream formulated to neutralise yellow and brassy tones in bleached blonde hair. Apply to freshly bleached hair, leave for 10–20 minutes, then rinse and condition. The formula is vegan, cruelty-free, paraben-free and ammonia-free.
The kit includes elastic gloves, developing lotion and a Reincarnation Mask conditioner for use after toning.
