Banza Mac & Cheese Elbows are made from chickpea pasta, delivering 16g of protein per serving. This Classic Cheddar variant is gluten-free (GFCO-certified), vegetarian, and kosher. Each 8 oz box contains the same elbow shape and creamy texture as traditional mac and cheese, with a familiar cheddar flavour.
The chickpea base provides 2.5 times more fibre than wheat pasta and 30% fewer net carbohydrates per serving. Simply boil the pasta, prepare the cheese sauce, and combine—or stir through vegetables for additional texture and flavour.
