The Mind is played by laying cards in ascending numerical order without talking. Players hold numbered cards face-down and must silently coordinate to place them correctly—a single misstep eliminates a life. The game spans 12 levels of increasing difficulty, with average playtime around 15 minutes.
Designed for ages 10+, it works with 2–4 players and requires only the card deck and life tokens to play. Rules are straightforward enough for quick learning, but the silent communication requirement creates genuine strategic tension during gameplay.
