Alka-Seltzer Plus Severe Cold & Flu Medicine contains acetaminophen, dextromethorphan, phenylephrine and chlorpheniramine maleate in effervescent tablet form. Each box contains 24 tablets (12 doses of two tablets per dose) in Honey Strawberry flavour. Dissolve two tablets in water to create a fizzy drink. The formula addresses multiple cold and flu symptoms including fever, body ache, cough, nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing and sore throat.
