Every item is placed into a tier with clear rates based on your country. When you add multiple items, our smart cart automatically calculates a discounted combined shipping rate based on total weight, box size, and destination. All prices are in USD, with local currency shown at checkout when available. All orders are shipped with tracking.

*UK & EU Customers: While VAT is prepaid for EU orders up to €150 and UK orders up to £135, certain semi-restricted items (such as certain cheese products or honey) may still incur additional duties at customs. Any charges beyond the scope of the IOSS (EU) or EORI (UK) programs are the customer’s responsibility.

Our fulfillment team processes your order within 1–3 business days. Each item is carefully packed based on its size (Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large).

We hand off your package to our shipping carrier (USPS or international partners). You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as it ships.

Delivery timelines vary based on location. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders may take 7–28 days depending on customs and local carriers.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to dozens of countries across The Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. If you do not see your country mentioned under our Global Shipping page, please reach out to us to quote you a rate for your specific country.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary by country due to local transit speeds and customs processing times. We recommend checking our Global Shipping page for the most accurate delivery windows specific to your country. In general, most packages arrive within 7 to 30 days. Some remote locations may experience slightly longer transit times, but we work hard to ensure timely delivery worldwide.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. We partner with trusted international carriers to provide reliable tracking.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

If your order appears delayed, we’ll investigate with the carrier and keep you updated. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a full refund or reship your items at no cost.

Are duties and taxes included in the shipping cost?

For Canada, UK and EU addresses, duties and taxes are prepaid up to a certain dollar amount (please refer to our shipping table for exact details). For all other countries, costs imposed by your national customs agencies are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer express shipping?

At this time, we primarily offer standard international shipping. We’re working on offering expedited options to select destinations soon.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Due to payment security requirements, we cannot change addresses after an order has been submitted. If you want to change the address, we will cancel the order at your request and you will have to re-submit the order with the intended address.
