Jovial Organic Brown Rice Pasta in fusilli shape is made from a single ingredient: organic brown rice. Unlike white rice pasta varieties, the brown rice base retains more of the grain's natural texture and flavour. The pasta is gluten-free and cooks to a firm texture suitable for holding sauces.
