Claude's BBQ Brisket Marinade Sauce is a Kosher and gluten-free marinade made with real wood smoke and natural spices. The 16 oz bottle contains enough marinade for multiple applications across beef, poultry, pork and seafood.
Use approximately a few ounces per pound of meat. Place your protein in a resealable bag, add the marinade, and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. The combination of wood smoke and spices develops flavour while the liquid base helps tenderise the meat during marinating.
