This 18 oz bag contains Bob's Red Mill Oat All-Purpose Flour, milled from whole oats and certified gluten-free. It has a mild, slightly sweet flavour that works across pancakes, bread, cakes and other baked goods without masking other ingredients.
The flour contains plant-based protein, iron and B vitamins. Use it as a one-to-one substitute in recipes calling for wheat flour, though you may need to adjust liquid ratios slightly. Non-GMO.
