Barilla Chickpea Rotini Pasta is made from chickpeas alone, with no added grains or fillers. Each 8.8 oz box contains 21g protein and 15g fibre per serving. The pasta is vegan, kosher and gluten-free.
Cook for 8 minutes for al dente texture, or longer if you prefer it softer. The flavour is distinctly savoury from the chickpea base, making it suitable for traditional pasta sauces or lighter vegetable-based dishes.
