Agave nectar is a liquid sweetener derived from Mexico's blue agave plant. This 36 oz bottle of Agave In The Raw Organic Raw Nectar is certified organic, vegan, gluten-free, kosher and Non-GMO. It has a low glycemic index and works in hot or cold beverages, baking and cooking.
