For cooks working with tougher cuts of beef, pork and poultry, Adolph's Tenderizer breaks down muscle fibres to soften the meat before cooking. This 44.5 oz bottle contains an unseasoned blend of salt, sugar and bromelain, an enzyme derived from pineapple. Sprinkle it on your meat, let it sit for 15–30 minutes, then cook as normal.
Contains no high fructose corn syrup and is low in carbohydrates. The large format makes it suitable for frequent use or batch preparation.
